PRUNING

Pruning roses...so many questions.

  • You can prune roses in the fall or spring. I like to prune my roses in the fall, because I don't have time in the spring.
You will not kill your roses, if you prune them.
  • Cut back roses 12" from the ground. This will control their height. If you want taller roses, don't prune them.
  • Prune off any dead branches, that did not make it through the winter
